3 samples are included with the standard testing package. A certified inspector will come to the property and collect the air samples from the desired spaces. They will then be hand delivered to the lab, ensuring a proper chain of custody, where they will be analyzed. Results will be interpreted and returned to you. An inspector will go over your lab report with you and explain the results.
If you would like or need additional samples taken, these can be done for $75 each.
We provide the actual report from the laboratory outlining the specific species and quantities of mold spores that were detected in the sample.
